5. SHIPPING METHOD - TIME - COST

5.1. The deliveries of the products for Greece are made through a courier company within 5 to 7 working days from the order.

5.2. For countries outside of Greece (EE countries) with courier services and with a charge that will be calculated based on the weight, volume and shipping address.

It should also be noted that for all orders placed during holiday periods (eg August and December), there may be a delay in delivery time.

6. RISK OF CARRIAGE

In contracts where the supplier ships the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party designated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer if he hands it over to the carrier, if the carrier is authorized by the consumer to transport the goods and this option was not offered by the supplier, without prejudice to the consumer's rights against the carrier. 7. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

8. WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you purchased unnecessarily and free of charge, within 14 working days from the date they were received. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are only accepted if the returned products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

To avoid your own inconvenience, please check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. wrong item, etc.).

In the event of a return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way they will be returned, your refund will be completed within 5 working days from the date we receive the products.

9. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All product orders are subject to availability. In this light, in the event of supply difficulties or the products being out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you, either by telephone at the number you have indicated or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund any amount you may have paid in full free of charge.

10. TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION

In the case of using a telephone line for telephone communication between the parties regarding the concluded contracts, the buyer / consumer - at the time he communicates with the supplier - is not obliged to pay more than the basic billing price. The first paragraph applies without prejudice to the right of telecommunications service providers to charge for such calls.

A necessary condition for the start of the transaction between us is your disclosure of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be shipped, your landline number (or any other phone number you prefer), your email address, and if you choose to have your payments are made via credit card and its number and expiry date. 13.2. Liability www.biokarpet.gr: In the event that a defective product is proven to be found in the quantities delivered, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it at our own shipping costs or refunding your money.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS

These e-shop terms of use are governed by article 3 et seq. of Law 2251/1994 (on distance contracts and off-premises contracts), articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code, the P.D. 131/2003 as well as YA Z1-891/2013 (Government Gazette B 2144/30.8.2013), which is valid from 06-13-2014 and applies to contracts concluded after 06-13-2014 (Adjustment to Directive 2011/ 83/EU).
